EMPLOYMENT

At Aeronautical Design Associates, our continued success is dependent on our ability to deliver on schedule and on budget. We are therefore extremely selective in who we invite to join our team.

Our minimum qualifications for associates are:

• 8 years of experience in their fields
• Several years in aircraft certification programs
• Experience with 2 aircraft manufacturers or first tier suppliers
• Ability to work effectively in two or more disciplines
• The right attitude to get the job done
• One or more of the following: an advanced degree, an FAA certificate, or delegation
